TAP I - Apprenticeship - 24 weeks
The apprenticeship component provides the student with an
opportunity to apply
new skills and concepts appropriate for entry-level positions within
the occupation
of process operator. Students will assess their own performance and
be evaluated
by IMCO supervisor and an industry partner. The supervisor and the
industry
partner will identify specific tasks and outcomes of the training
during the work
experience. The trainee will keep a journal.

new skills and concepts appropriate for Supervisory positions (Team
Leader) within
the occupation of process operation. Trainee will write a project
report about their
work experience and will keep a journal. The trainee has to present
his project year
report at the end of the training.
